Exercise

Cardio (Day 1):

Easy paced walk with moderate effort jogging. Get out in nature for 40 minutes of Zone 2 training with 5 x 40 second jogs. (Once every 3 mins). The rest of the time comfortably uncomfortable so you can just chat through your walk. Try to Leave the phone at home so you aren't distracted.
