1/2 a Lemon 2 Bay Leaves 1kg Chicken
1/ Take chicken out of fridge about 30 min before boiling water 2/ Put the lemon and bay leaves in a large stock pot 3/ Fill with about 4-5 litres of water 4/ Bring to a boil 5/ Add the chicken breasts and take off the heat 6/ Wait 25 minutes and the chicken will be ready to go! Calories/Macros are for a 100g portion
