Exercise

Today is a bonus day. Feel free to have a rest day if you need it, otherwise let's get it done!

Warmup:

30 seconds - Star jumps 10 x Pushups (Kneeling or toes) 30 seconds - Skipping (no need for skipping rope just jump and touch your thighs) 10 x Alternate Sprinter lunge

Working Sets (3 - 4 Rounds):

40 seconds work / 10 seconds rest between exercises and 60 seconds rest between sets.

1 and a 1/2 Squat Renegade row with push-up. Kneeling or on toes Bodyweight tricep extension on coffee table or lounge (narrow grip pushups style) Star Crunch

3 minute (Max Reps)

1 min Pushups 1 min Sumo Squat 1 min Star Crunch
